Toto Ristorante launches appetising new menu

Toto Ristorante has unveiled an expanded menu offering a wider range of fine authentic Italian cuisine including dishes made using fresh truffles imported from Italy.

Every dish on the menu continues to be crafted using the finest ingredients which have been sourced from local producers.

Another addition is a number of meals prepared using fresh homemade pasta for extra flavour and taste.

Davide Mammerella, Toto Ristorante's General Manager, said: “It’s a great pleasure to launch our new menu which features an even greater number of authentic Italian dishes than before.

“We hope that the addition of a number of new meals, including the dishes using imported truffles, will help us continue to reinvent the fine dining experience in Bury,” Mr Mammerella continued.

Head Chef Gaston Scicluna has crafted a number of new signature dishes for the menu including the fish soup; Cacciucco alla Livorneses.

It's a delectable meal for two made with mussels, squid, halibut, monkfish, king prawn, and langoustines.

The dish was recently featured in the popular lifestyle magazine, Lancashire Life.

The Bury branch of Toto Ristorante opened in March 2007 after extensive refurbishment with the new designs proving popular with customers who enjoy the sophisticated surroundings and extensive menu.

A second branch will open in the north-west later this year with more restaurants to be added to the portfolio in the near future.
